We have all been threw this at one point of time you get tired of the job your at. What made me start this discussion was a meeting we had at work the other day. In the meeting the president of the company said you will as a employee get tired and fed up or have a bad day and want to quit but what happens is in a couple of days you brush it off your shoulder and you stick it out. It hit me today that he is right, if I get mad today at work and decide to start looking for another job. This is what will happen I will spend a few hours searching the internet then after a few days I got so much more to do I dont get around to looking for a new job I in the end up doing what the president of my company said will happen I stick it out. Then we end up in a job for years this is what happens to so many of us. Mylot members dont you think is true to be, your at this job for years and for what how come we just didnt leave like we wanted to. Let me know how you feel. Thanks SisterLove

its tough, and most of us go through it. personally, i have been frustrated many times, but basically i just stick through it, and toughen up. Just stick it out, and if it gets to the point were you can't take it, look for another job, hopefully get hired, then simply and most eloquently leave.
