How much sleep?

Yes of course. Everybody needs sleep. Children need a longer period of time to sleep as they are growing and as people grow older, shorter time of sleep is enough. Accordingly, adults need to sleep from 6 to 8 hours, that is sound sleep. Allegedly, the time between 1am and 3am is best as there is some sort of metabolism that produces what the body needs that could only be had during sleep on those hours.

Some people only need 5 hours sleep, others 8. Each individuals has different needs. One thing is for sure: we should be in bed before 2 am. That´s when the cell renovation of our body starts.

yess...we need sleep..!!.six hours sound sleep is necessary for healthy well being..There are some priests,who can manage without sleeping,by doing yogas,meditations and other kind of spirituall stuffs..but these are exceptional cases..!!!

Should at least get 8 hours of sleep or more. Yet I rarely do.
