I need advice ...should i be upset about this?

My hubby and i have both started up new companys and there both doing well ,but i had wished we would have worked together like we planned but money running short he decided to go work for his dad and took his friend to partner with him on the contract ...so this guy brings in no money and my hubby supplies all the equipmen with the promice to me that we will get all our money back and that we just have to sit 2 months scraping by ...2 months later ..my phones cut ,my kids shcool fees r late and my house payment is 2 months behind!!!! and what did the 2 partners my hubby and is friend do today ?!!?!!? they went and got new contract cellphones !!!!! you tell me should i be angry ...cos im shaking right now im so cross ..
