for your information Jerusalem is holy to muslims because it is sacred to christianity and judaism, yes.....thats because anything related to Moses or Jesus or any other biblical prophet is automatically sacred to us.
and the incident of miraj, Muhammad's trip top the heavens started from the place where the dome of the rock was built and he also offered prayer with the spirits of all the other prophets from Adam down to him there, this is an islamic belief, its the third holiest city for Islam, and most importantly its not jewish property.....besides we didnt tear down your synegogues or churches in Jerusalem or in europe under muslim rule....this is extremism and state terrorism & totally against the rights of the people

You have not answered my question - namely where in the Koran is there a reference to Jerusalem. You say in your original post that Jerusalem is a city that does not belong to Jews. Please do tell us who Jerusalem does belong to then? It would be most interesting to hear your theories on this.

ya i was talking about something called the UN, according to which israel does not own Jerusalem, especially the eastern part of it, and just saying that because it was in some1's own book does not mean you get to occupy it, besides the Quran mentions the event of miraj, the journey of Prophet to heavens when he was taken by the angel Gabriel to the Al Aqsa mosque (the dome of the rock) and then to the heavens......

first of all the absence of direct referring to Al Quds in the holy book doesnt mean that its not holy for us, the fact that prophet Solomon built a mosque at the spot, then caliph Omer offered his prayer on that spot after conquering it for muslims and ordered a mosque to be built to commemorate the great temple or synagogue of Soloman/Sumlman. The fact that we fought crusaders off for centuries and paid for it with our blood and maybe u dont know that muslims used to face Al Quds/Jerusalem during their prayers previously, it was probably changed to distinguish fro jews...........nevertheless it is the third holiest city for us.
The fact that it was snatched from us by the British after the WW1 and given away to jews and they continue to occupy it and eliminating muslims from there slowly and systematically and the whole world justifying their moves is what we hate.
