The purpose both of them have is different so comparing them is not worth i suppose. Orkut is the best community to come up to your friends and enjoy with friends. Its the best in its market. Whereas for earning some good $$$$$ myLot is the best, as it pays for doing the thing which i think we all love the most. Having a chat and discussions and making new friends..... :)

Orkut is good infact its great. Mylot has taken this idea to the next step and made it even better. It can bring up a healthy discussion by rewarding people to contribute their ideas regularly. I think its a brilliant idea.
