World Cup Squad

I think that the squad selected for the world cup was as expected there is nothing which surprises me at all.... I think it is a very good squad and has the potential to pull it off...maybe some players are out of touch but big players tend to get back to form when its required the most so i guess it will not be long before they start performing well I think we can win it this time

Current Indian Cricket team is not playing well. If they perform like this in the world cup, chances to reach the semi final itself is difficult. Indian Cricket team is struggling to beat Srilanka in our home soil. It shows their poor standard. If they are not able to win a match in Indian soil against Srilanka, how they are going to beat teams like Pakistan,Australia and South Africa. According to me, they will not beat teams like New Zealand and England. West Indies pitches are bouncy pitches and Indian players as usual will not score runs in the bouncy pitches. So to win this World Cup in West Indies is very very difficult.

well India is a very powerful team and will show of very much with its superb bating order and the up comeing bowlers. but i don't think India can win the world cup with just 3 good fielders. they will make a good total by bating first and probably get a few early wicket then leave the opponent to get twos and threes which will ultimately lead to our failure. i hope the coach fixes this up before the world cup. just imagine if sachin ganguly sewag dravid and dhoni are in full form. India would score nothing less than 300 even in the worst bating pitch.
