what gets me is why some people can get of doing time for a "crime" when others must do time....i.e.......a cop gets killed on his motorcycle(off duty) when a motorist hits him and has no charges filed against him/her because she/he didnt see him...i get hit because i pulled out of a stop sign-didnt see anyone coming- and i get a ticket for failure to yeild...shouldnt the laws apply the same for everyone?
