Are you satisfied with your house?if you can buy a new house,which factorse does you take into consideration in buying a house? the year before last year ,i bought a house,it was a new house,the neighborhood was quiet and clean,but the supermarket was away from my house ,my daughter's school was away from my house too,it spent my long time and a lot of money to get to supermarket and school, especially in winter and rainy day !at last,i sold my house and bought a house,it is conveniently located,i like it very much though it is kind of noise!and you?

To me, aside from a good neighborhood, my house would have to have a huge backyard. When we look for a house next year that is our one requirement. I want a small house with a HUGE backyard. We have 4 dogs and we want a swimming pool and outdoor living area. As of right now that is the only thing that I am thinking about.

I think your decision was right!The convenience, comfortable condition extremely has the advantage to our life,that saves time and makes things much easier.Though my house is not too big,but transportation is easier and more comfortable,i'm satisfied with my house.
