I had a cute little doggy for last 13 yrs.i called it Snoopy. It died recently due to ill health and may be age factor. When i heard the news,I could not stop crying.Almost 2 months have passed by since the time of its death.Yet i miss it a lot.How do you cope with the death of your pets? You become so attached to them that the loss is immmeasurable.Share your views with me.

Our pets are our family, our children and the loss is felt the same as if you lost a family memeber. I lost my Crystal Oct. of 05 and still have a hard time looking at a tennis ball. Some may think it's crazy but I feel it shows compasion.Time and thinking of the special memories of your pet will help.Sorry for your loss.

I am sorry for the loss of your dog. Its always hard to deal with. It was 4 months ago today that my dog ran away. We found him almost a week later. He had been hit by a car. He is the dog in my avatar. I miss him so much. I still cry. I still think about him a lot. It takes a long time to get over something like that. The thing that helps me is that I have 4 other dogs and I have one of my Charlie's puppies. She looks just like him. She keeps me busy and if I am crying, one of the dogs will come over and lick my face. Another thing that helps me is that he is buried in my yard. I go out and talk to him everyday.
