In Farmington, New Mexico 24 kids from the Bloomfield Boy and Girls Club dressed in bright red, green, orange, and yellow shirts took over the lanes at Bowlero Lanes to raise money for their club. The boys and girls were between the ages 4 and 12. The children threw the balls as hard as they could to knock over as many pins. The more pins they knocked down the more money they made for the club and the closed they came to having a gym at the boys and girls club.

This was so nice to hear that they tried to raise money by bowling. That was very thoughtful and a good money raiser I think. It is much more enjoyable and safer than swimming in the ocean during the winter months, as I posted in a previous topic. :-) I would rather raise money by bowling just like these boys and girls did. I hope they raised a lot of money and knocked down a lot of pins. We should be proud of them.
