I now this topic is old, but can some top referrers plz share their methods?

hi, I have been looking at old buddys discussions and everyone else,s about referrals, I have tried forum,s where I put links to similar discussions here on mylot, I have sent invitations on several sites. I feel I have tried so mant things, but it,s not really working. I have 2 referals, which I got from posting illigally as "spam" on different torrent sites, these got erased, and I got banned from the site. LOL
... But one problem is when i post links, people always see the?ref=tomfade at the end, and then they question it, and call it spam, so no one tries to click it. I have tried to be creative, but it is just so hard, I even made two blogs, one in english and one in norwegian. But everyone just skip past my referral link, as for forum,s is there anyway to hide the ref link, so it only says mylot.com, and maybe the discussion thread, because I think more people will take a chance then. I don,t know, I,m just a bit frsutrated after spending hours trying to get more referrals. I have yet to try to send PM,s to people in forums, maybe that will work?But all you guys with hundreds of referrals, please tell us how you did it, it is about helping eachother out, isn,t it? lol....
And I try to respond to all of my discussions and the new discussions as well as my friends, but my income is not reaching my goal of at least 50Dollars my first month. So please share your "SECRETS" guys. Help a friend out. If you want ask me to be your friends, i will respond positively.
Other than that, Mylot is alot of fun, really fun.

Try joining a safelist like gotsafelist. I have gotten a lot of referrals through that site. http://gotsafelist.com/?id=12848

thank you very much, I,m going to try the links outnow. Hopefully I will start to bring in more ref,s. Not that that is all that matters, I,m just a bit jealous to be honest of the people with tons of ref,s. But i,m willing to work and learn how to get better at this, to get the snowball running as they say. thanks for responding to my questions.

I have a few referrals now, and I found that it's persistancy. You just have to keep on. But don't forget that posting yourself is important too. If you can build your reputation on this site, then people who you refer will see this and will most definetely commit more of their time to posting. And let's face it, you are someone else's referral, and you are going to want your referrals to make as much money as possible so you can have more. It's about helping each other out...
Old Buddy seems full of it to be honest. I ain't a big fan of his nonsense. I could show you how to code the html on sites like torrent sites if you like (so your link is hidden/attached to different words).
