The reason behind the removal of number of posts....

I think the reason why MyLot removed the number of posts we've done in our profile is because of we are too aware of the posts we've done and not on the quality of responses we do. Although members are very responsible now on posting their opinions and ideas there are still some members who does not follow the rules and go for quantity over quality. Maybe MyLot removed it too so that there's no thread about "where did my posts go" or "what happened to my number of post?" questions. Remember that quality over quantity is one of MyLot rules now so bear with it and post more so that we could earn. Am I right or wrong? Anyone agrees post your reactions here if not forever hold your peace (just joking!):)

Ok. I agree with you. Enough is enough. I am going to change now lol! From now on, I'll try to respond and start a good and sensible discussion. It's for the good of all. Besides I don't want to lose my earnings lol!. I'll try to upload pics everday and see how much I can earn. Most of my time goes to youtube this month, I am getting addicted with it.

Hi Marcia! What's your new venture now? I am into being a paid poster now and I earned atleast $1 a day, isn't it good :) I even earned $10 just for one night, hahaha. I earned $64 on it in just one and a half month than earning here in myLot that's why I am not always around here. Goodluck on your new venture! :)

I like the hiding of posts as it will make people concentrate on quantity and not quality.
So i agree with mylot admin in this new change!

Well, we can't blame them for that!;) Other members here do post quality discussions but others just try to mess it and put on something for others to argue about. Some are newbie's who still didn't know how to post qualitatively and are still adjusting here, while other newbies here would post offensive discussions just to ruin other's reputations. I've seen members here and some friends of mine here at mylot plunge down from 10 to a very disappointing, 5 star ranking for just a day or two. I say we go respond to those with high quality posts and very reputable poster's.

You are definitely right, raijin. What I do is post on their discussion and guide them or even explain to them that those things really happens a lot here in this site and they should expect more to come.

I think you are probably correct. Some of the posts are just a short question and the comments are the same. LOL I get tickled at some of them. I try to post quaility discussions and I also try to do quaility comments.

I guess that's true.... Mylot's starting to monitor and check everybody's responses and posts if it will merit some payment for not. Overall it will be good for everybody and bad for those that only wants the money than really joining and replying properly.

You are so right, I was wondering the same thing but did not mention on myLot till yet :D. People use to concentrate on number of posts they've done not on the quality of posts they are doing! I was on of them when I was a newbie here in myLot but now I'm quite clever here. I know how to earn money quickly how to get referrals and all. In the beginning I was a lame dumb who don't know how to earn money, not even know that how to use myLot, but as the time passed on myLot I got to know about its features and the way of earning and I became active then which is a necessory fact to earn much money on myLot! But most of the myLotions now try to make much posts as much as they can, not quality posts. That is why we got to seen 9 and 10 star people less as compare to 3,4,5,6 this is the main fact of why people are earning lesser!

First of all.
I Post Few Times and It Doesn,t Matters to me Wheteher it has Qualtiy of Posts.
What Matter to me That Some Shouldn,t have Posted a Topic
That i Wanna Post. This Happens to me Most of the Time.
Getting High Response may be Just a Dream For me.
I Think MyLot Must be Trying to See Whether How Many People are Aware of Their Posts and how many aren,t?
So That it Can d Reduction in Our Payment.
Doesn,t it Sounds Great?

I think that is why mylot is deleting some posts. I hadn't noticed this until I logged on today and saw that I lost 2-3 posts. But I think they are now looking more for quality posts instead of how many.

it is good that they do this. We don't want the site turning into a spam can but they should make it a little clearer that they are lowering your number of post because of it. you should get a note or something.

We have the same feeling when I was just a newbie here. I even contacted the admin for some explanations but they don't. They will just post new alerts every now and then to update. All we have to do is understand and get used to their rules. They even deleted 1 of my discussion back then that's very helpful but I think it's because I don't follor their rules, just noticed it after the deletion. I see to it that I read and understand their rules from now on. Thanks for posting.

Indeed true. I think not only here even in other forums some of members do not usually go for the quality of their post. They just post to earn points but then if you can see what they've post you can simply say that they've posted so just to have a reply in a certain topic that they just viewed. And that considering few words a spam or simply the post doesn't make sense.
What we should do is enjoy posting and share our points of view to everyone thats why were here posting. right?^.^
