ev if u go to gym u hve to do cardio walkin on tredmill...for warm up...walkin is must to loose weight... u knw wht is fun way to loose it... its dancin.... jst dancin takin small breaks... brend r body..... stretch.... n u will see wonders in few weeks.... trust me.....
