Has anyone been to Germany?

Yes I've been to Germany twice now, once in 2002 and once in 2006. My first trip was with the school and was a 5 day stay near the Rhine (location: a place called Boppard, near Koblenz) in a hotel called Hotel Fleckhertshohe. This was pretty cool! I was aged 12/13 (13 on the last day of the trip) at the time, and I remember it being really nice weather for the most part. This was at the end of May. My 2nd visit was to Berlin, and this was also pretty good - this was with my family, and it was nice to see the attractions of the main city. Unfortunately, whilst we did see the Brangenburger Tor (gate), we didn't look at it at night - this is something I wanted to do as it is supposed to look fantastic when lit up. There are many stereotypes of the Germans and Germany, and I'll pick up on the positive ones :). The country is very clean and there's hardly any litter skewed over the place - even in the capital! Everything seems organised, punctual as expected - the public transportation system is VERY well organised. Nice country to visit - would recommend it.
