Camping location ideas

For those in Victoria Australia, can anyone suggest somewhere on the coast to go for a weekend? You see, my partner has not been (tent) camoing for many years and is not overly fond of the idea.....but I love it and so I need somewhere with decent facilities and where we can take our two small dogs.... I would like somewhere within a couple of hours of the Mornington Peninsula....any ideas??
