From where you get topic to post discussion?

Usually I post new discussions when "idea" comes into my brain he he that why I'm not to much start new discussions I do a lot of response.

Normally, we just post from our own personal experiences. Our problems, achievements, observations, our daily activities, memorable and unforgettable experiences, opinions and point of views.
