How do you remind yourself that you still Love your spouse?

My husband and I have a relatively long and unique history. We were both Marine air traffic controllers and at 7 years my senior, he was my supervisor for a while when I was a n00b. So we have years of funny stories to share and we have the same interests. I'm ultimately reminded by how comfortable I feel around him as this comfort stems from that history and growing together. Now that he's in Iraq I realize more than ever how much I love him because all I can think about is his safety, comfort and well-being. We've been separated before during peacetime - he was in Japan, I was in California and while the separation sucked, it really didn't bother me because I knew he would be fine. Now that he is in a dangerous situation I really fear for him and all of these emotions of love and family come whooshing at me constantly.
