I have MS and they recommend taking all sorts of vitamins. I have no clue if it will really help, but I know it won't hurt, so I see no problem taking them. I take vitamin D, Lecithin, B-12 and a B complex. Do you know anything about vitamins and what/how to take them? Do you take pills or liquids?

I have Multiple Sclerosis, also. I don't know much about the vitamin thing. I do know that, my doctor is always taking blood tests. I take 60 mg of zinc at night. A prenatal vitamin and 2500 mg of calcium in the morning. For reasons other than my MS.

I also have MS I was diagnosed in MAY of 2004. I take
Vitamin B12. I am thinking that I need a Vitamin to just
give me more energy. Someone also recommended that I get a packet of Vitamins called Garden 7. I guess it is
a packett of Vitamins that contain the Fruits and Vegtables and Fiber you need as you daily source. I have not taken or checked that out yet but I do for sure take
the B12 once a day. I am happy that I am finding some
MS Friends when you have this disease sometimes it is easier to bond with people who have it as well.

I take One A Day multi-vitamins and liquid B-12 because that is the way it is best absorbed. I also take Mannatech Suppliments which are VERY good. I find that too many vitamins can be harmful so I am careful about the number and the brand.

I don't take pills. When I was growing up I had a huge pile of vitamins at breakfast and dinner. Now I drink a special vitamin drink that has a lot of C and B12, B6 and Lecithin.

Yes I take a one a day womens vitamin. It also helps with wieght reduction. I have taken vitamins for years. I try to find a good one that gives me the most for my money and that covers all the essential minerals, nutrients and variations of other vitamins combined.

I too have MS and do take a B as well. I'm not so sure that any really do much as they would lead you to beleive but feel its reasonable to take at least the basic ones. Really think that best way is to get a good variety in diet of fruits and veggies and keep meats to the leaner meats.

I am new here, and I assume I cannot put any websites on this forum? I would like to share, as it is my passion to educate people about recent scientific discoveries that resulted in a new technology that improve the health of virtually any person with virtually any disease or condition. These non-toxic nutrients are VITAL to our bodies so the cells can communicate with each other.
I have a number of audio testimonies from people who had MS, plus a short videos explaining these nutrients.
I welcome anyone who is open to learning more to send me a personal email, I am guessing that is possible on this forum, and ask for more information.
Don't wait, in a few years this hopefully will be "mainstream", though most Drs. are not aware of it, due to a lack of nutritional training in medical school. You could benefit now!
