there has to be a stop and punishments put into place here in canada for young offendors.last year during march break a young boy in my nieghbourhood was beaten to death by a few of what he thought was his friends.they waited for him to come home and brutally beat him.after almost a year they where taken to trial where one boy was sentenced 2 years.and where do you think his 2 years will be spent?of course a juvenal detention center. if you are sick enough to harm another human to the point of killing them-then you have serious mental problems and deserve to be punished no matter the age.this happens all the time and we are soft hearted with these children.i believe in the death penalty and wish canada would enforce it.
