filariasis

filariasis - my friend photos,the left foot got filariasis

I have a friend who get the Filariasis since 1980,he have been surgery three times but until know he has not heal yet. Please advise me to help him,is there the way for treatment this desease

filariasis is something that the foot is become big i think it cause by germ
