the best way to improve your skill is to interact each other with your friends, father, relatives, sister and brother and office collegue also. there are so many institute which is meant for that purpose who takes some addtional fee and trained the candidate. do not hesitate to express your feelings whether it is good or bad. try to debate in current topics which is prevalent day to day happenings. be extrovert and do not fear from anybody what he makes an opinion about you, when you are even if wrong.

Hello!!
Here's some tips:
1. Appearance counts, especially at the interview. Create a professional lool that will get you hired.
2. Practiced answering common questions.
3. Smile. It may sound sappy, but this nonverbal clue is an immediate rapport-builder.
4. Company Research. In almost every interview, you'll be asked what you know about the company.
Goodluck!=)

Before I begin.. is B-tech a course similar to IT?
anyway... let's go to the interview phase.
I am not from India, and I am not well versed with the culture of your country, however,these pointers may be of help in your interview:
Remember that first impression is lasting. Say your greetings first. Be presentable. You are selling yourself, so be in proper business attire when you go for an interview. Do remember the basics in your field. They are important, for the interviewer may turn out to have good knowledge on these. Better prepare yourself for a panel interview as well.
Be yourself. Answer questions to the best of your knowledge and belief. Ask for clarifications if you did not understand what is being asked.
Don't be nervous. Companies interview you because they need you. Carry yourself all along with integrity and full composure.
Lastly, don't forget to thank the interviewer before you leave.
Good luck.
