I think that sounds really sweet if you were holding your dad's hand and if this feels comfortable for you and your dad then no age is too old to share the love you feel with your dad . Most teenagers don't feel comfortable about expressing their love for their parents as they feel it is uncool to do so . So I wouldn't worry about what other's think about what you were doing . Enjoy being with your dad .
