Do you celebrate valentine's day ? In recent times it has come to be celebrated globally. good relief. In todays fast life where everyone is reeling to cope up with the stress of competition in jobs, studies and social committment, at least this day makes us put on hold the routine worries and give in to the joys of being in love. It can be anyone whom you love.Atleast on this day you are reminded and encouraged to express your love and care to people and get the same in return. Don't you think it should be done quite often? Do you gift your loved ones only on valentine's day or quite often ?

personally i do not see a point celebrating the day. i think love to someone should be on an evry day basis.celebrating it is hypocritical.

I used to be big on celebrating Valentines Day but am not any more. I think I tried to hard and made too much of a big deal out of it. I always gave and received gifts but since I've been married that doesn't happen much. The hubby's not big into giving me things very often so I've learned not to expect anything. That way I don't get dissapointed.

Valentines is not a biggie for me. I do celebrate it but since my boyfriends not here...I have not partner. But on my previous Valentine celebration, I can't even remember what I have done that day. Nothing special!

I celebrate Valentines Day. I'm single but I celebrate for my kids and for myself. It's still a few more hours to go before it's Valentines day here and I just finished up making goody bags for two of my kids to take to class. Full special Valentines pencil, bubbles, stickers, etc. No candy because the schools where I live don't allow it anymore. Tomorrow I'm going to make Valentine Cupcakes and share it with my family and friends.

Don't limit yourself to february 14. You have 365 days a year to show him that you love him that much. If it can't be done today, you still have tomorrow and onwards. Just think that everyday is valentines day.

I didn't have Valentine's day when I was kid, because I lived in country with comunsim regime. But my dad's name is Valentine and we always celebrated his name day (yes, we do have name days:)). I will give him specially roasted coffee for his name day this year. He loves coffee! I ave gift to my bf already - it was key of my apartment and funny card I made. Valentine's day is nice day, but we should remember our loves ones more in regular days as well.

Yes.I celebrate it yesterday. At first, after me and my boy friend finished work,he bring me to eat kentucky fried chicken. Then he give me a big present. After that, he bring me to the beach and i have a great time with him.We walk along the beach and laying down watching those stars. He then ask me to make a wish with him.We saw fireworks. It was romantic.I enjoy the night so much and i am happy to be with him. For the whole, i gift him quite often and i am quite suprise that he give me a bug present yesterday as he didn't do that normally.I am deeply touch by him with what he had done for me.

I would celebrate it if i had a girlfriend, I'm single so i do not celebrate it. I spoil my girlfriends but material gifts aren't always the best thing. Maybe take them to their favorite resturant, cook them a special dinner or just remind them how much you love them. Even a nice night cuddling on the couch watching their favorite movie is sometimes the best gift it depends on who you date.

in my country Valentine`s day was "imported" so i`m not really into celebrating it. i currently don`t have a gf but if i had one i wouldn`t need a reason (like the Valentine`s day) to take her out, or buy her something nice or stuff like that... but i guess it`s a good thing (a reminder) for thoes that are not used to giving gifts without a reason. once a year it`s better than never, right?
