For lovers of mathematics the name of "The Hero of Alexandria" is not new.Lived and flourished during C.AD 62, in Egypt, he is fondly remembered by everybody for his invention of the formula for the area of the triangle. Of his many inventions the most popular is the method for approximating the square root of a number.Any such interesting personalities I am eager to know.
