Can I shop online on ebay with my Paypal account

I have an unverified acoount in Paypal.I do not have a credit card so it is not getting verifed.Can anybody let me know that can I still shop on ebay with my Paypal amount?

Yes,you can.I ready purchased two watches through ebay with paypal account.For this no verification is required.
