I need a little help and I think You guys should really know the answers. . When do players in ice hockey get penalties for:
1) Charging
2) Cross-Checking
3) Holding

1)Charging happens when you take too many strides and purposly run over a player.
2)Cross-checking is when you take both hands on your stick and push a player with it
3)Holding is when you take your free arm and grab somebody on their jersey slowing down their movement
