How should i tell a girl that i like her ?

When i first meet a girl, what should be my approach ? I tend to chat with them a bit and then ask some more personal questions. Is that the best approach ? Any advice on what should i do to have the best chance of the girl being interested ?

well i simply believe that one should express what he/she has in her mind and heart in a way that it shouldn't harm/hurt others.liking someone is not a crime and one should be straight forward to accept and express it.

yes i think that the direct approach is the best! then u can send her some message to make her understand that u like her! but don't reveal you of quickly!maybe its better if u understand what she think about u so if she want u only as a friend u don't feel so badly for her!exuse me for my english i hope u understand me!
