My best friend is dying of cancer and she confided in me. She told me not to tell her parents. I feel conflicted whether to tell or not. SHe plan to go overseas when as her cancer is in the advance stage and ask me to tell her parents after she passed on. I think I should tell her parents before she goes abroad. What do you think?
