Electricity shocks and its effects- any critical incident to share

I used to catch the plug when I was 11 years old. After a good shock which I nearly fainted I no more tested with electic shocks. How about you please.

electrical shock--well what happens when we touch any thing live?we often do it frm the palm end of our hand...wat does it mean tat during the time of contact we are not able to release our hand as cells contracts....hence making it impossible to get away frm the contact...
