There is some awesome skin care treatment called Proactiv. I believe that it is on sale right now. This product is for men or women and really works good. Let me know how it does if you decide to try it. I have a lot of friends that use it and love it.

acne, pimples, blackheads is the pain n the head , or the problem especially , during the adolescents days or even the older ones nowadays , but if you take a look at your family health backgrounds on your mother sides or on your father sides, does anyone of them had a problem like this ones before, if it had ,it is on your genes already and you need the experts or some dermatologist to give some medications, advice for your skin, dont risk for some over the counter , or cheaps medicine around , or you may felt it sorry after , archie

a good skin care regimen should begin with a good cleansing. make sure you take off all your makeup before you get into bed at night. there are a lot of medications out there, but the effects usually depends on how your skin reacts to it. i tried many different brands before i could settle on something that my skin liked.
stress and unhealthy eating habits can also contribute to skin problems, so try to eat healthy, drink lots of water, and try to engage in activities that will help you relieve stress.
let me know how it goes.

I recommend an all natural skin care program, that you sweat 20 minutes a day, preferrably from exercise and drink 8-10 glasses of water. Also be mindful of what you eat (don't have to be perfect). Medications are harsh and can cause irritations, sun senstitivity and scarring. Trust me....I have been there.
