How much important is university today?

Nowdays university is really open to everybody! But is truely important beeing gradueted or is just a way to spend our young age!? Here in italy this is really an important question because university students live in theyr parent's home untill 30 and they marriage late (35-40) because they haven't a job and a own house. What about your country and university students? I'm a student too but I always work

i think that's today been graduates is really important especially in my country! i live in italy and there isn's a lot of works especially in the south where i live! so if a day i want to have a family i need a good work and so i need to be graduated!

You say right but you have to say me I'm right when I old you about a lot of people in italy without Licenza Media who lear million of euro!!!!!And then a lot of graduated that are waiter or something similar after studied 10 years!!!! It's not so equal our social sistem!

In our country (Philippines), to be a graduate of an accredited university is an honor. It gives you better position sometimes when you apply for a job. Regarding on its importance, I guess what would be more important is the education you get, and the university comes second. You may be enrolled in a prestigious school or a university, but you are learning nothing, then that would be useless.

Here in italy there are too much graduated...so be gradueted is not so special! And when you are looking for a job it doesn't mean to find a job early and securely! You have to look for it for a long time and you have to be lucky and know the right person who could help you! So a gradueted in Science or in Math or in letter at the end going to work as a shopping assistant or a barman or a waiter in a good %! Nothing in add! We have to go abroad to find a really good job!

it is not very important. a university drop out can survive easily. it is just a launching pad.

university is very important,but here in Italy an employee graduated keep the same quantity of money of an employee non graduated.IT's very very difficult to find a job and to find a job with the right retribution

The university correspondtoday at the specializzation that once was given to youn workers. The university make you also abituate to staywith your back on the seat.
