lately this week a researcher was brought to us to demonstrate how to test the mineral content in mineral water, and purified water by using acetic acid and citric contents.. it proves out by the demonstration that mineral water unlikely is not oxidized and has a very low pH making it a very low contents of mineral...dont know why are these manufacturers still placed in their product mineral water, instead of purified drinking water..
