Trojan Horse

Hi i m here after a long term vacation but for a short time but will back soon again after a short time actually i m facing a problem that i have a trojan name trojan horse in my pc which change the properties of drives and flash if i right click on it and not showing hidden files after doing the common procedure to show them and no trojan removal software is working agaist it kndly help me me waiting

well i just got 2 myself. don't know how. my trendmicro virus software picked mine up and quaranteened it. plus i use spy sweeper that has picked up several things too, what are you using.
