I am 24 year old and still I am not as good build as 24 year guy should be. I want to know why is this happening to me. I dont want to become body builder but an average build would be better for me. How to gain weight? I am college student.

3 part of body that gain people some weight: fat, muscle, bone and the 3 of that comes from the food you eat, and things that you eat will be digested based on what you do. heres my advice = GET TIRED AND HUNGRY (what the?!) get a job, or sport, or exercise, do anything to make your muscles tired and your stomach hungry so you'll gain some appetite then you'll eat more and gain weight. heres the explanation: in order to get tired you do activities, this burns fat, fat is needed as secondary source of energy, so dont affraid to gain fat as long as you burn it. second, when your muscle get tired it shaped like an old rope that have wounds all over the place, and protein is needed in order to fix those wounds, every time the muscle fixed, it grow stronger and gain mass. and your bone will response to this change of muscle strength by growing itself longer and heavier, and calcium is needed here. EAT VEGETABLES LIKE MEAT, DRINK MILK NOT COLA hope that'll be useful
