i have a quick recipe of a omelet for you,its the 40 second omelet, hope you like it:)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon butter -- or 1 teaspoon oil
Beat together eggs and water until blended. In a 10-inch omelet pan heat butter until just hot enough to sizzle a drop of water. Pour in egg mixture.
Mixture should set immediately at edges. With an inverted pancake turner, carefully push cooked portions at edges toward center so uncooked portions can reach hot pan surface, tilting pan and moving as necessary. Continue until the egg is set and will not flow.
Fill the omelet with 1/2 cup of desired mixture. With a pancake turner, fold omelet in half. Invert onto plate and serve immediately.
nham nham :)

Try a protein breakfast shake. It will be the quickest and it's also filling.

i usually microwave slices of luncheon meats then have a toasted bread for fast breakfast with fresh fruit juice or milk. sometimes a combination of beaten egg , ground pork , diced tomatoes & onions , dash of salt & garlic powder into a microwaveable bowl as to make an instant omelet with bread loaf for quick breakfast.

fry together 2eggs sunny side-up alongside 2 sausages. while bread should be in the toasters. in less than 5 minutes you are done! or who says packed lunched are just for lunch? there are some that you can buy that you just pop in the microwave and viola! breakfast is served.
