do you like to sleep...

with lights off or on?! what would be your explanation to this... me im both... i could sleep if there's a light and even with out it... i just can't sleep when the temp is hot... how about you friend???

hi,i always sleep with lights on only..it was habituated since my 15 years age.I used to stay in hostels,where power is free for us.So we irregularly used electricity to iron,heat water,lights on always...like that it was habituated to sleep,with lights on only...

well thats good., but what if you'll go out and go for a nature trip., you like that kindah thing?! what if there's no lights., could you still sleep better?!

i can sleep with or without the lights on... atleast its not noisy... that can really bring me up... and can't sleep backagain that easily

i can sleep even the lights are on of\r off, its doenst matter. Sometimes i can sleep when the light is on, and sometimes i can sleep when the light is off.

I can't sleep with the light on unless I'm very tired but then i will wake up many times.. I prefer to sleep in the dark or I would not get deep sleep.. hot weather is not much of a problem but I would wake up if I feel cold at night.

If I feel like I need to sleep -- and since that's kinda rare -- there's no stopping me from sleeping. I don't care if the light's on or off as long as I have someplace to sit/lay down and catch some z's.

i cant sleep with the lights or tv on. altho i do use a stove light for the kids on. i also cant sleep if its too hot id rather be chilly and get under some blankets at night

When I am about to sleep, I do not like the lights on during the night. When I am asleept, if some one puts on the lights, I will not be aware of it. Lights off is one of the conditions for good beginning of a sleep.

i can sleep in both. as long as i don't have any problems to take care of, i can sleep long hours with or without light.
