Problem about Power Supply..

I might be crazy, but I'd like to replace the power supply in my computer to quiet the device down. The current power supply is noisy as anything and it's driving me a bit batty. How hard is it to replace a PC power supply?

you are not crazy, im thinking about the same, the noisy comes from the fan. maybe it'll be more quiet if we put some grease?
or just cut the power supply box from the case, put it in a wooden acoustic box, get the extension cable for everything it plugs to, and voila, (fiuh, real hard job to do)
