What is religion without spirituality, morality and God?

We all know that religion, morality, spirituality and God are 4 different things. We can have morals without religion. We can have spirituality without religion. We can have God without religion. However, it seems as if relgion is dependant on these 3 factors. So what is religion without the mix of these 3? Do we really need it if we have morals spirit and god?
