You DIDN'T get a VALENTINE PRESENT or CARD today from your mate?

I didn't get anything. not a card nor candy nothing, I had to remind him to say Happy Valentines's Day. he usually give me money. not today!

Don't be upset... atleast you were the first person he saw on the very special day... Didn't receive any expensive gist either. He gave me ensaymada (bread with butter, cheese, cream and sugar on top)... He knew im addicted to it... my favorite.. It's just cheap.. but it's the thought that counts I guess... Have a nice day!

when i was still with an ex for 8 years, he rarely values the importance of valentine's day in our lives the next 6 years. he was so sweet and did much during the first two valentine's day of us together. but then, later on,his interest faded away. i always try to keep valentine's day a special day for the two of us. not that i love him more on valentine's day than any other day. but atleast, we can take a break from this busy world and spend a wonderful day together. but he was different. and i admit,i get upset whenever he seems to forget about such days. but he's my past and i am glad i don't have him in my life already (well, he's a cheater and a liar,too. and i'm glad, i'm totally free). with my new boyfriend, i can say even that we're oceans apart, he's the sweetest boyfriend i have ever had. it was our first valentine yesterday. he gave me a valentine call at 5.30 in the morning and really got surprised. then, we logged in to yahoo messenger and chatted for 2 more hours. and it really felt great! i sent him a valentine card and a letter which reached him a day before february 14. and still, he waited for feb.14 to read the card to make it special. he sent me a package, too. but since it really takes time for a mail from sweden to reach the philippines, it did not reach me yesterday yet. maybe today or on friday. he was really upset about it. but well, i am still excited to receive the mail from him! i wish i can have a kiss and a hug from him and that i can give him the same. but since we can't yet for now, i love you's and i miss you's are enough for us.

I didn't get anything. But it is also my partner's birthday. So, I really didn't expect to get anything because he doesn't get me anything usually. After 16 years....I have grow used to it. LOL I am sorry that you didn't get anything when you were looking forward to it though!

well let's just say this has happened to me, because we have been hit with 6 inches of snow since yesterday and my boyfriend was called into work last night to help plow the snow and her eit is 2:30 in the afternoon on valentine's day and i have not seen him yet. I had already purchased and given him his valentine's present and I know for a fact that he didn't even get me a card, let alone even wish me a happy valentine's day and i have talked to him 3 times on the phone already today. so yes I am very hurt by this right now.

I was alittle disappointed this morning. We only exchange cards on Valentines day. Yesterday I froze my butt off walking to the store to get him a card. I snuck down last night and put it in his lunch tin. He came up at 530 this morning and kissed me and said I will get you one on the weekend. I felt like crying. Well he came home from work with one this evening. It was as mushy as every. I love him so much.
