Coleslaw - Everyone Does it Different

Do you like yours creamy or more like a seasoned pickle? I personally prefer a dressing on my finely shred cabbage of vinegar, oil, a pinch of celery seed, some sugar, and salt and pepper. Sometimes I add shredded carrots, apples, celery or raisins. Sometimes I add onions. My mixture is usually a com bination of some or all the above. How do you like your coleslaw?
