8 hr sleep & 10 glass of water

well this is d home remedy for better eyez n better skin wich may b everyone knowz.....do u do these both thingz?

I try but the sleep part.. that's hard. For healthier hair and skin i eat a lot of fruits like apples (green are my favorite) and oranges. I take in a lot of salads as well, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and the dressing i use is low fat italian dressing. So i still get the flavor not the fat.
If i could just get more sleep that would help a lot with my skin since then i wont always look tired or have the occasional bags under my eyes. But some nights it seems like like sleep is not coming, if sleep were a person and not a thing i'd say id seriously irritated it somehow lol

I drink the water, but I don't get much sleep. If I get 6 hours sleep I consider myself lucky. Some nights it is hard to fall asleep, just not tired enough. I do drink plenty of water though. Must keep the loo close by!

I do both of these things but I have to wear contacts and my skin is very dry...lol, maybe its just me though.
