how does it really work?

ok so how do we get paid? who gives mylots the money to pay us? how come i get paid fone day more for less posts and the next day less for more posts? what makes a qualitly post? how do they know if we have a qualitly post? how ealse can we earn money here? do we get money for uploading pohotos?
i think there should be a set price on what we get paid! thats just what i think....

Hi there! This is my 4th day at MyLot.com and I'm slowly grasping how our earnings are determined.
It's defiantely quality over quantity when it comes to posting. I believe that 5+ sentence answers weigh more than quick "one-liners" when determining if your post warrants payment or not.
You do get paid for uploading images. I uploaded one thus far and got credited a penny for it. Penny saved - Penny earned! *grins*
The main thing to remember though is that MyLot is meant to be a social networking site, along the lines of MySpace, Apsense, and more. The major difference is that you can earn some cash here. MyLot.com isn't meant to pay your utility bills each money. So, I wouldn't be as concerned about making the most you can the quickest you can ... but about being as socially active as you can.
