Anita Blake Series by Laurell K Hamilton

I recently discovered these too. I have enjoyed Laurell's book alot. I read at night before turning out the light and going to sleep. Savannah Russe is another that has joined my book I keep of authors that I seek out books for. Would love to meet Anita Blake if only she only truly existed!!

My favourite supernatural series is Anita Blake and Merry Gentry. I found Anita about seven years ago in a mall and it was actually the second one in the series, but I liked the title (The Laughing Corpse) so I bought it and read it in a day, only after I finished was that I realized there was a first book. Ever since then I read all Hamilton's books. The thing I like the most is that vapires, weres and everything supernatural is known by everyone in her books, they're not living in secret. I think that was the thing that made me read all her books. I hope her series never end :)

I have been reading the Anita Blake books. I cannot put them down, or think of anything else until I'm finished! I'm currently on Narcissus in Chains... which means I only have four or five left to finish the series.

I have read them... but have you read the entire series? how about her Meredith gentry series?

I have read all the way from books 1-9 (Obsidian Butterfly) and after that moved to another series. By book nine I found that the style had changed so much I wasn't enjoying the stories anymore, so I moved on to another set of books.

I have all 16 novels and I love her characters I can't wait to see how cookie monster comes into play. LOL!!! I love her world that she has developed and the heroine is awesome.
