When life is difficult, I try to sit down, clear my mind, relax, and put all the problems I have in paper, write them, think about them, and move on. It depends on me to solve the problems and life is sometime unfair.
It may not sound like a big thing, but it works for me.

when life becomes difficult i cope up by having more faith than ever. also i cope up by thinking about what happened, regrouping myself and by reprioritizing. life does become so hard sometimes but i dont intend to give up thats why i put more faith to god because with him i got an inner strength.

In our frailty or weakness is when God's Strength shows through us.

I try to not think about whatever is going on. I express myself through writing and journaling because it really helps me relax and get out all of those negative emotions.

Prayer and help from people you know. I have seven lives like that of a cat. I too have been through hell, if you may call it. It seems there is no exit to all the difficulties in life. I always enter into fight and flight situation. There are people who do not like to face the truth, if you bring out issues, they become defensive and destructive.

I kind of just believe that karma exists and things will get better. If I'm angry I will just get even and then get on with my life. I don't usually forgive and forget but somehow I forget things even if I don't forgive. So all in all I can get on with my life like nothing ever happened (until I remember of course)

Forgiveness is very powerful and has a way of destroying any hurts from the past. The more you hold on to the disapointment of past cirrcumstance or hurts the more power you give it when it happens again.

I could not agree more. Indeed God is our refuge when everything seems to fall down on us.
During my difficult times, I often go to this prayer room in our church. It is like a sanctuary near a garden where you can simply pray and pour your heart out. It doesn't matter how well you say it, what matters is how pure your heart is in accepting that it is His will to be done and not ours. Oftentimes, we hate but surrendering our all to God even without problems can be the ultimate key to a harmonious life.
Other that praying to God, I also try to draw or sketch beautiful flowers. SInce I am not very talented with drawing I soemtimes result to coloring books. Soft soothing music can also relieve me.

Praise the Lord, we have a God who LOVES us, all we have to do is turn to HIM.
PSALM 18:1-3
I WILL LOVE THEE, O LORD, MY STRENGTH.
THE LORD IS MY ROCK, AND MY FORTRESS, AND MY DELIVERER: MY GOD, MY STRENGTH, IN WHOM I WILL TRUST: MY BUCKLER, AND THE HORN OF MY SALVATION, AND MY HIGH TOWER.
I WILL CALL UPON THE LORD, WHO IS WORTHY TO BE PRAISED: SO SHALL I BE SAVED FROM MINE ENEMIES.
