Who does not have health insurance?

My husband is self employed. I am a stay at home mom to 3 kids. We make to much to get any type of help. But dont make enough to be able to afford health insurance for our family. We were buying our health insurance a couple of years ago. It was like $650 a month for horrible insurance. Then the next year they upped the price a $100. So then it was $750.00 a month. Then in that same year we added our new baby to the plan which the insurance then raised to $850 a month for awfull insurance. Oh yea and they did not pay a dime for having our baby either because there was no maternity on the plan. We just could not afford it anymore. So now we do not have any type of health insurance for anyone in our family. And we have not had it for almost a year now. It makes me sick that there is nothing out there to help us out. I feel every child should be covered no matter what. How many other people are without insurance for your family? It feels like we are the only ones. It is so easy for everyone I know to go to the doctors when their kids are sick. We only go if its an absolute must. There have been times were I though we should have brought the kids to the doctors but knew we could not swing the cost of it. Not only are you paying for the doctor but the expensive medicine to. How does everyone else without insurance cope with not having it? Urgg I am so frustrated!!!
