I believe the Twins will have to win their division outright as the wildcard will again come from the East with Toronto,Boston and The Yankees fighting it out for the top two spots.
If the Twins DO win their division,then they have as good of chance as any other team in a short playoff rounds.The usual timely hitting and good pitching with a proven closer will be the difference good and the hope-to-be-goods.

Yeah I believe they will win it because they haven't lost anybody important yet, and they've only gotten better. They should be able to improve atleast a little from last season, especially with Mauer and Morneau being a season older.

I am hoping for a division win, but it is going to depend on the development of our young pitchers, namely Boof Bonser, Matt Garza, and Scott Baker. I know Johan is going to remain at cy young form and we can chalk up 15+ wins for him. If Bonser can pull out a 12 win season, I believe we will surprise some people for the way we were able to continue to win, even with our phenom (Liriano) being on the shelf for the entire year. I have faith that our hitting will continue to improve, and the combination of Mauer, Morneau, and Cuddyer will continue to post good numbers.

I think they will do well if they can all stay healthy. Can you imagine them going to the big show? It's been how many years since the last time? I think they have a good chance because they are becoming a more all around team with each and every game. The pitching has been good so far, although they got touched up the other night in the 9th inning. The hitting is always good, I just wish they had a couple of more base stealers.

They are in a big slump right now so I'm thinking they are going to be like this all season. The fact that the injuries keep coming does not help it at all.
