i smoked at the time of my age 15 years yes the first time i tried marlboro and following tried lowwer cigarete his nikotin like A mild. Finally i smoked Dji Sam Soe Premium and the until these i continue the smoked what about you?

When I was 18 or 19, I used to smoke when we went out to the taverns. I smoked marlboros, then switched to a generic brand - I can't remember the name - oh! Merits! That;s what they were. I never got hooked though, which is good, because if I'd gotten hooked I don't think I would ever be able to break free.

I started smoking when I was 19. Because of the stress of work. But now, I quit since I know it's bad for my health. Good thing for me since I haven't really got hooked with smoking. It's pretty addictive I know and other people had such a hard time quiting.

how can you stop? any idea for stop smoking?
