I am in the middle of my longest run of feeling good. With my medication working and a good chain of support, I am winning the fight against Depression. Those of you in the midst of a battle with Depression, keep up the fight. Seek medical help and get support through friends, family or a counselor.

I'm glad to hear that you are feeling good. I am 3 months into new medication and am finding that it is doing well for me. My husband is very supportive, but he gets frustrated because there is nothing he can do to "fix" me. Keep up the good fight.

Those are very encouraging words; thanks so much for sharing them. I've been going through a pretty good period lately too and am still working on some issues that I need to deal with. Things have improved from years ago but there are still some days when the depression just hits out of the blue and I have no idea what caused it. I've come to look at it a little more objectively though and try to keep in mind that it will pass, as you say.

That's Great!!! I personally do not have to fight that battle, but I do understand that it grips some people harder than others. I'm glad you're winning!!!

That's great to hear that you are winning the battle. I know how hard that is. Depression is one that always seems to linger around the edges but hopefully you'll be ok. Keep up with what is working. That's the main thing. Support is always important and medication can make a big difference. It's finding the right combination to make it work for you.
