Windows Vista Home Premium driver glitch with Java runtime

I just installed Yahoo! Sitebuilder and I had to install the Java environment for the first time. I received an error saying the new driver wasn't compatable with my high resolution on my monitor. I deleted the program to see if it would fix itself and it didn't. I also went into my resolution settings and it didn't fix anything. How do I set it to get back to the high resolution/glossy look? I already manually set it back to the highest setting and nothing happened but it did save. Thanks.
