i use a moisturizer everyday and wash my face before going to sleep. that's how simple my beauty regimen is.

To maintain my skin ,i wash my face with cold water 3 times a day with dove soap.skin care which i follow, To remove the TAN from your use a facemask with egg white with honey for about 15 mins. cucumber is a natural cleanser.Mix cucumber juice with milk and use it instead of a cleanser. Apply the mixture of honey and milk for the skin to glow. Always apply a sunscreen before going out in the sun.buy a product which suits your skin. Never sleep with your make-ups on.wash your face b4 going to bed. Diet plays a great part for a healthy skin. Drink lots of water ,eat veggies and fruits lot,a few minutes of exercise is a must ..

i like using products that you can see inside the kitchen,you are sure that it won't hurt your skin.have you tried usingolive oil mixedwith brown sugar as exfoliant to your body?scrub it especiallyto your knees and elbows,work for me!others use mayonaise on their hair to make it shiny.i'll try cucumber juice with milk.seems very helpful to my face.

i just knew that olive oil with brown sugar can be used as exfoliant for the body. good! i will try this one

I make sure it gets the Vitamins it needs I cleanse it morning and night and I use a Day and Night moisturizer As long as you take care of your Skin from Day 1 you will be ok

Enough sleep, exercise... lot of water, eating fruits and vegetables.. using moisturizer..
